Tathaastu Sharing Circle – A Space to Be Heard, Seen & Held

Sharing Circle

In today’s fast-paced, hyper-connected world, many of us carry heavy emotional loads silently. Between managing homes, careers, relationships, and personal growth, we rarely get a chance to pause and truly connect not only just with others, but also with ourselves.

This is where the ancient-yet-timeless concept of a Sharing Circle comes in.

What is a Sharing Circle?

A Sharing Circle is a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals come together in a group and speak from the heart. There’s no performance, no advice-giving, no fixing just only honest expression, deep listening, and shared presence.

Rooted in indigenous and community-based traditions, sharing circles have always been about healing through connection. They offer an alternative to the isolation many of us feel, and foster a sense of community and belonging.

Why Join a Sharing Circle?

Every woman carries her own story, sometimes heavy, sometimes beautiful, often unheard. The Tathaastu Sharing Circle invites you to take a breath, sit in stillness, and be part of something tender and powerful.

Benefits of Joining

Emotional Relief: Speak your truth without interruption or judgment.

Sisterhood: Connect with other women who are navigating similar journeys.

Self-awareness: Gain insight through journaling, reflection, and listening.

Silence & Stillness: A rare gift in a noisy world.

Healing Energy: Just being heard can be transformative.

How Does It Work?

At Tathaastu, we keep the process simple and sacred:

Arrival & Grounding: We settle into a calm, cozy circle. A moment of silence, breathwork, or light meditation helps center the group.

Opening the Circle: A facilitator introduces the theme, and shares simple guidelines like listen deeply, share from your heart, no cross-talk, and all feelings are welcome.

Heart Sharing: Each person is invited to speak, uninterrupted. Others simply hold space and listen.

Reflection: After the round, we journal for 5 minutes — whatever came up during the experience.

Closing: We end with a few words of gratitude, affirmation, or intention-setting.
